Dario Ciarlantini has been fully integrated into the coffee world since he was a teenager. His career as a barista started in the family business where he worked for 28 years in the family business.

Commitment, dedication, and passion allowed him to develop his knowledge until he acquired all the modules of the Coffee Diploma and became an Authorized SCA Trainer and Certifier. He became a Q Grader in 2013 and, in the same year, started his experience as the National Coordinator of SCA Italy for 4 full years with excellent results.

His eponymous training & consulting business, assists several important companies. Every year he travels abroad, spreading specialty coffee knowledge through many operations such as barista training, supporting new training centers, developing new products, and assisting the sales team. His experience led him to become a renowned coffee trainer, worldwide. He's socially active and is currently writing his first book about the Barista profession.
