Rodolfo is a researcher with a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology at State University of Londrina (Parana - Brazil). Master degree in Food Science and Technology and bachelor in Food Technology. Zanin has developed research at Coffee Excellence Center & Analytical Technologies (ZHAW - Switzerland). Coffee composition, coffee aroma and coffee products development are the main areas of knowledge.
