Mel Bandler is a Sustainable Sourcing Manager at Bath & Body Works. Her career focuses are: supplier engagement to amplify impact and build supply chain resiliency from a people and planet positive perspective and making sustainability topics accessible to everyone. She was named to the 2022 Green Biz 30 under 30 list. Prior to BBW, she worked with grocery retailers to expand their responsible sourcing programs and at the Estee Lauder Companies to build out their scope 3 supplier engagement and training program. She holds degrees in public health and French, graduating summa cum laude from Rutgers University.
