About me

I am a Yorkshire lad who has recently found his way in to the coffee world; I have been working in a cafe in Richmond, North Yorkshire where I have found a love for everything food, alcohol and COFFEE! After spending the last few months at Rounton Coffee Roasters and have fallen in love and found a real passion for the industry. what I love most is challenging my perception of what coffee and food can be, learning everything I can to better understand the world of food and drink. I spend most of my free time learning as much as possible and can usually be found somewhere up a mountain with my Girlfriend and collie pups. Some day I hope to own my own Cafe/bars where I can promote sustainable organic products and display my love for what I do.
